Well it has to be one of 100 reasons....
1) Maybe she's gona have a baby. Someone said they saw her at the hospital last week sometime.... she could be visiting the midwife/gynae. Even before the last baby was born, they didnt tell anyone until the end, remember. I guess she just didnt want her mother-in-law to know.
2) Maybe she's in depression (she did look a bit sad the last time someone saw her on the beachfront. And oh yes, she looked really nervous when uncle Husain came.... you know how he always behaves like a military commander.... shame they've always had a strained relationship). Poor soul.
3) But then again, he looked so stressed himself, shame poor guy. He was looking so thin and drained. I wonder if she even cooks at home. All the same, who would want to cook for a husband like him. Still, she looks like she can do with some exercise - even If its just cooking. Anyone who just sits around the whole day will gain weight! No wonder she's getting fat!
