I have not read the whole thread but little bit of cursory viewing does give to me the overall texture of the issue under consideration and hence I hazard my views that are the following.

We are, by the unbound Grace of Allah (SWT), in the path of His Deen.

Allah (SWT) says that just before you say that we believe does not mean that He (SWT) will not test us.

If we say that we are walking on the path of Allah (SWT) then we are asserting our belief and then it is imperative that Allah (SWT) will test us. It is perfectly in accordance to His glory if He (SWT) decides not to test some person but most others He (SWT) does put to test.

For some these tests are easy for some these are difficult. It is His prerogative and He (SWT) does use them.

If the test for some is sever then without fear of contradiction we may take that person to be more dearer to Allah (SWT).

And beloved Prophet (PBUH) said that no one was tortured in the path of Allah (SWT) more than me.

Allahu Akbar Kabira.

Clearly, when in a state of trial, we should not complain and nor we should despair. We should only think that we are like a child who is about to walk and parents have left him to take the first step and the parents are around to rush at the first sign of trouble.

For Allah (SWT) closer to us than our main artery.

And we should not despair even if we end up breaking above rule of patience and perseverance.

There is the Verse in the Noble Qur'an that in moments of trial even Prophets (AS) screamed as to when will the help from Allah (SWT) arrive. Allah (SWT) says that help of Allah (SWT) is very near. Allahu Akbar. Allah (SWT) is watching us all along when we are sweating it out! He is a hard task master. This sinner feels like saying wow - were it not for the Glory and Greatness of Allah and His Jalaal.

And we should not despair even if we do end up uttering words of desperation. there is Verse in the Noble Qur'an where even the Prophets (AS) ended up in that situation. It tells about the limits to which Allah (SWT) stretches His trial on His chosen people.

May Allah (SWT) protect us, whole of Ummah, from excessive trials. We are weak, very weak, we seek His protection from such situations.

Now beloved prophet (PBUH) was not sawed into two pieces nor he spent time in the belly of a fish but even then he said that his trials were the most sever. How can that be? This points to only one conclusion : psychological trials are more sever than physical trials. Spiritual trials are more severe than psychological trials. Hence we have the events like lapse of Wahi for a period after the first one and people started saying that his God has forsaken him. A great spiritual trial. but then the revelation comes that no, God has not forsaken you. Later some one will say that he is cut off from having future generations. The Surah Kausar comes and declared that your enemy is cut-off from future generations, not you.

Path, straight path, is lonely. Straight path is part of the Path Bridge that is sharper than the edge of a sword. Clearly crowds can not walk on it - you got to wade it alone. Each one of us is alone on it.

You are witness to the dirty insinuation against me by some people that I was on SF to indulge in female company. May Allah (SWT) protect me from such things. You were kind enough to offer a perspective on it. Honestly speaking that accusation was nothing as compared to the hideous charges levied by the Munafiqeen on our mother Hazrat Ayesha (RA). It so happens that trial of beloved Rasoolallah (SAW) turn out to be greater than our own trials.

I'll shorten the narrative by asserting that there is enormous amount of work that has to be done for Ummah and I have not doubt what so ever about the necessity of this task that we are doing. Shutdown of SF was a backbone breaking event because of precisely the same reason. Let not Satan, the cursed and his collaborators distract you from your duties. Nor allow our shortcomings, failings, adverse remarks to do the same.

Finally I'll use this opportunity to insert the following. Some of the things are not obvious to us but they are to people close to us. So some things are obvious to us but you might be missing them. You shall benefit from the company of a Shaikh. There are some journeys that I could have never been able to make but I did make them all because of my Shaikh. A journey of ages is reduced to a matter of minutes by a Shaikh. I am a witness to that. I urge you to go for it. It is unwise to let go of this facility. Like using the stair case in Burj Khalifa - if there is any.

Hazrat,

I am also human and when people attack my innocent children I am bound to be infuriated because it is human nature.
