Yes, you can recite that durood. However, keep in mind that it is not masnoon. If you recite it thinking it to be masnoon, it will be a bid'ah.

Masnoon = sunnah

When something is masnoon, it means it was done by the prophet (s.a.w.) or had his (s.a.w.) explicit/implicit approval, or that of his sahaabah.
