Dressed in Shalwar/Qameez in Turkey isn't a good idea and neither is in compliant with Islam in Turkey. There is no such thing as "Sunnah Dress in Islam" but we have Sunnah guidelines in Islam which we should adhere to, Insha'Allah

The Turks as a whole in my experience do respect and love the Indians. There are many Naqshbandis in �arşamba, Fatih, and I was informed that there is a lot of naqshbandi influence because of Imam Rabbani who was Indian.

On one occasion me and my friend were in the bazaar and we were talking to a shopkeeper and my friend informed him that his family are from Bangladesh and I said my family from india and the shopkeepers eyes opened up and face lit up and said your Indian? I love your songs! Then he made us listen to the Bollywood songs on his phone and said do you know this song, do you know who this guy is and we were like to be honest we do not know much about Bollywood.

I guess it's a win win situation if your Indian!

Please don't mind sister. I didn't mean that Turkey is a bad place to go. I've just identified some inconveniences which are common in every European country. Plus learning an unfamiliar language only for communication seems to be a burdensome task.
