In a company, organisation, business, board, body etc when a person/s are clearly found (after going through an investigation process) to have behaved inappropriately which has resulted in tarnishing the image or work of the body X is formally associated with, the person either resigns (citing the actual reason or a made up reason) or is sacked/forced out. Yes there are exceptions and X Y and Z still stays though in many cases there is an investigation carried out and people/public usually have faith that there isn't a cover up etc i.e. the 'system' somewhat works

WHY is it nothing of the sort exists in our communities??...in a significant number of cases theres a cover up by those who run the charity/organisation/Masjid/etc...and people with alot of community 'power' get away with completely unacceptable behaviour.

I realise its extremely hard to judge/adjudicate with impartiality, taqwa and sincerity but the way things are at present doesn't give communities much/any hope for the future.

Does anyone know of any muslims orgs/masjid etc that do have a process that works or nearly works WITHOUT mentioning any specific case examples.
