Majlis Ulamah Ash-Shariah announced in Egypt that the group “Ikhwanul-Muslimeen” has departed from the group of the believers and the path of Islamic monotheism; nay (in fact) they have joined the company of apostates from Islam.
Ahmed Karimah professor of contemporary Fiqh at Al-Azhar university was quoted in a statement on “Egypt News” on the National Television that it has become an obligation to take the wealth (funds) of the group Ikhwanul-Muslimeen and their properties in order to repair and redress the damage which has been caused.
Karimah took the evidence from the Hadeeth of Nabi (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) which states, “Whoever takes arms against us is not from us” pointing out that this is the intent of this Hadeeth so they left the group of the believers and they have joined the company of not Khawarij but they are from apostates.
Karimah pointed out while delivering the verdict of the Ulamah Ash-Shariah that the Authentic Hadeeth also proves that it is forbidden to not only use weapons against the believers but to even point them towards believers.
He has given this Fatwa but I am not sure that if they are the "official" Fatwa commitee of Al-Azhar. Nevertheless this absurd Fatwa was given and also reported in the Media in Egypt very openly.
In addition to this absurdity the Egyptian Police also claimed, "Police officers wanted to pray Ishraq in the Mosque and Ikhwan prevented them from praying so they had to take action and liberate the Masjid today!"
Saudi King as you know also issued a speech yesterday backing Egyptian Military, all these guys are worried about themselves!
The only Government standing up for Ikhwan are the Ottomans most Arab Governments have left them to their death!
