If you are using IE, try changing the compatibility option in the address bar if its there for you. (google it)

Otherwise, I really don't know.

Jazak Allah khayr to all for the assistance.

To add I have noticed on many of the mp3's from the Cii site the very low and or terrible audio quality. I am not sure if it is device related or it is actually, at times, the audio itself. At times audio downloaded plays crystal clear and at another time another audio file will be of poor sound quality on the same device.
