I stand to be corrected but I think he went in January 2013. Would appreciate your comments after listening.

Outstanding and I will make special dua for Hazrat Mufti Saheb tonight, Insha'Allah. I am no one but his thoughts and reflection is obviously spot-on!

Academic exposition of Rafidhees (Shia’ism) and its dangers

Jazakallah for this, great to hear first hand experience. Tehran and Khomeini really make me laugh. These guys really are pathetic, it just shows how following your desires can corrupt someone so easily. Their scholars are a bunch of characters too. (Softer tone used).

Oh, I'm surprised they exchanged dollars in the end. I would've thought that the dollar would've been banned. Oh well! They can't win all the time.

Assalaamu 'Alaykum

I have found further two audio's from the karquzaries of Mufti Saheb.

At the Stanger Masjid after Maghrib program (2013-04-13): Download
Live on-air program on Cii - Download

Since the visit of respected Mufti Saheb to Iran and his subsequent lectures all over South Africa there has been a lot of awareness in the communities that already had a lot of Shia as many of these Shia have come out of the woodwork. Therefore a group of brothers from one of the worst areas affected by the Shia onslaught have called Sh. Mumtaz al-Haqq of the UK and his tour for one week has started today. Here the venerable Shaykh speaks to Channel Islam.

We commend Mufti Saheb for going on this fact-finding mission and returning with the information that uncovers the reality of Iran (in terms of geo-politics) and the Rawafidh Shia. This is exemplary in these times when few due thorough research before opening their mouths regarding that which they are ignorant but believe in their minds (and amongst their own circle) to be intellectual academics.

Was-salaam

Masha'Allah.

In all of this, another message to take is to be very careful about what you read and hear from them... don't forget that 6 well informed, educated sunni brothers became shia after moving to Iran.

An apt quote for this thread:

Ibn Battuta hit the bulls eye when he said:

"Who Lives Sees, Who Travels Sees More"

----

Leaving home / travelling is so fundamental, for Deen or Dunya...

If Mufti Saheb hadn't left, would we have had this first hand account?

Imagine if Ulamah's (and not just Ulamah's) constantly travel for the sake of Deen or teaching 20 days and travelling 10 days...among the ghafileen - debating the Shia's, Qadiyani's, Kuffar, Modernists, La Madhabis etc etc

It'd be world wars levels of ultra-awesomeness...

(I should stop day dreaming..)
