As some of you will be aware, alhamduLILLAH I have been fortunate to have been included as one of the British Hajj Delegation which this year is being set up as a registered UK charity to serve the Hujjaj.
This year the medical team consist of 9 GPs with 3 administrators. All members of the team are self funding - transport, hotel, subsistance and shopping!! The British Government stopped funding the delegation a few years ago and are in no way contributing to our group. Many of the group have travelled for a number of yeas as Delegation organisers & members.
We have already had a significant donation of all the drugs we require from one pharmacist which will have cost many thousands of pounds, may Allah reward him for his contribution.
