Subhanallah! i am extremely sorry for the mistake did not notice it. Jazakallah khair for asking for a clarification!

a shower first thing in the morning and then recite ya haadi ya raheem a 100 times.

also wanted to mention that in one of his lectures mufti menk mentions that during illness you should recite the quraan because you do not know which ayah is for which cure.
