funny remarks by strangers

I am pretty sure alot of other people have had random remarks passed at them sometimes by non muslims or even muslims at some point in their life. I thought it would nice to share stories as sometimes they can be very funny. lol just remembered one

This idea came to me because  someone said something today.

well basically me and my sister were walking and a women walked passed and said loud enough for us to here while walking pass " dont let your men tell you how to dress sweerries". It took me a few seconds to realise what she said and i was like " omdzz did u just here what she just said". I didnt realise i said it in a loud voice enogh for her to hear lol. When i looked back there was that awkward moment where we made eye contacts i was like ooops, but it really made me realise how ignorant these people are of islam. 

These types of incidents can sometime really be an iman booster. They dont realise how free we are as muslim womens alhumdulilah. it makes you lol sometime they dont realise how oppressed they are, but they think were the oppressed ones. 

Once my sister was crossing the road and so was an old man who could barely walk. She actually felt sorry for him until he walks past and says "POSTBOX!" LOL

It took me a while to figure it out but its soo funny everytime i think about it.

I had no idea how women in Niqab eat since their mouth is covered so I asked one of my cousins in Pakistan since she is the only one who wore a Niqab and asked, "Baji (Sister), How do you eat?"

In Garden Grove Mosque (LA) which is regarded as the richest Muslim community in the west with expensive cars parked outside a child (about 12) stopped me and asked "If I was a Jew?"

I asked why and he said, "Because you have your head covered!"
