salaamualaikum to all

there are many groups promoting hijamah or cupping but i see that the true methods are sometimes not being up held.for instance,many hijamists are in the habbit of using plastic cups instead of glass cups which are called air cups.plastic cups do not have the sme effect as glass even though plastic cups are easier to use and less mess involved.glass is always the best because of the perfect suction it makes by using paper cones.also the smoke that is trapped in the glass has a stimulating effect on the skin that promotes the bad blood to come closer to the surface.plastic cups should not be used for removing blood,especially if the cups are to be reused.only glass cups are ment for reuse.inshallah i will be posting more posts on correct cupping inshallah.i hope that it will be useful.wassalaams

Is the original method not by the use of horns, which stimulates and causes more bad blood to be withdrawn?

There is one brother in Ilford (London) who uses this method, and Mashallaah he is super busy and recommended by many.

salams brother.the best method is to use the glass cups which are called air cups.horns can be used as well but the glass cups are far more superior.glass is easier to clean and perfect to remove blood and it is transparet where as animals horns are not.also,the diameter of the circle of the cup should be the size of a perfect circle using your thumb and index finger.the circle should not be any wider then this or else the concentration of bad blood will be less.bigger cups doesnt mean better hijamah results.if there is any thing else you need to know,feel free.i am a certified hijamist.

Brother brooklyn can you tell us more about your procedure? some success stories as well? good to have an expert here
Also the horns? Is the same suction used like glass? Or how is it done?
