SubhanAllah, there were some great stories regarding those who gave in Charity and were protected from any form of calamity on that day by the Grace of Allah Subhanhu wata-ala.
Even the Dua/curse of the Prophets were overlooked when a person gave in Charity, death took a diversion due to charity.
SubhanAllah, Can you imagine all those people who constantly give in charity and get protected from calamities coming in their direction.
I know so many people who give in charity especially on Fridays for that extra reward, I too do the same. But that would mean that no calamity would befall those who have given, only for that day, by the will of Allah.
Can you imagine if we spread out our charity throughout the week and give on a daily basis, can you imagine what calamities Allah will turn away from us.
So many people have standing orders with their banks to give in charity at certain times, many have set them to leave the account on Fridays. How about spreading out those donations throughout the week and get instant cover. The Ultimate Cover

No its not, the sound quality was not very good but maybe there is a link that Seifeddine could provide for that talk. MashaAllah, made me think about how I should spread out my donations.
