These are some of the answers I have provided in the past on this:
It depends. I think if it is said once in a while then it is ok just like any any other dua since saying jumu'a mubarak is like saying "may Allah bless your jumu'a." However, considering it especially significant to say each week on that day is problematic.
It depends on why it is said. Those who are sending it should give another comprehensive duas instead that they understand the meaning off. It seems like these texts are sent without much thought but just as a forward much of the time. Why not give a du'a that every day is blessed?
