If some one says "jumuah mubarak" to me I shall give back a smile to him.

I would not rush to a mufti on validity of this act. Nor I relate this act with taqwah of the person.

I'm not for this phrase but today is very special and it deserves highlighting. This is the first Jummah Salah for many Muslims since the end of March!

Read something a while back on saying Eid Mubarak the same applys for that too. I think everything else is irrelevant apart from salam.

Some ppl don’t say salam but say eid Mubarak instead. Although the same applies here like juma Mubarak. Everything apart from Salam is secondary.
