Question: If I literally bite my brother on his back, would that be considered backbiting? Would I have to restart my muraqaba dars?

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam wa rahmatullah,

If he enjoys it, it is fine in private, but unmanly in public.

If with desire, haram.

If he does not like it, then it is disliked.

If it causes pain, it would be prohibitively disliked.

If it causes serious harm, it would be haram.

In none of the cases would it be considered backbiting, unless it uncovers something about your brother that he does not like uncovered (such as a phobia or physical/emotional weakness).

And Allah knows best.

A. Your ustaad is perhaps a member of some nudist camp. Perhaps he has been frequenting the nudist beaches or perhaps he has veered into insanity. There is no need to comment further on the muck your ustaad speaks.

The cave of Hira' is a cave in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to worship Allaah for several nights before his Prophethood began and the Revelation came to him when he was in this cave, but the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not go back to it after that, and the Sahaabah did not visit it. There is another cave to which some people go, thinking that this is an act of worship. That is the cave of Thawr in which the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) hid during the Hijrah. But visiting it is not Sunnah and is not an act of worship that brings one closer to Allaah, may He be glorified and exalted. But if a person climbs up Mount Hira' or Mount Thawr in order to take a look only, without seeking to draw closer to Allaah by doing this climb, should he be denounced? The answer is that he should not be denounced, but the one who goes there to worship Allaah and draw closer to Him should be denounced. End quote from al-Liqa' al-Shahri (65/3).

Man : then how come wine became haraam when it's a combination of both three?

Ulema : now, are clays and water are harmful?

I know Mufti Muhamad ibn Adam already made his view clear. I know the that pretty much all masjids in Canada and USA have a ladies section, and deobandi Ulama conduct programs and are Imams at such Masaajid.

I am not speaking about encouraging the ladies to come to the Masjid, but acting as if it is haram for them to come by refusing to provide a ladies section, even when constructing a new Masjid.

2. Will dajjaal be sent to hell or he will be destroyed after qiyamaah?

3. Was dajjaal created for the specific reason of testing Muslims or he was punished with this activity?

A:

1. We did not consult with him as yet.

2. All disbelievers will be dispatched to Jahannum, be it shaytaan or be it dajjaal.

3. We have not researched all this, nor is there a need to research it.

Q: Mufti sahab. I usually read namaz on first floor of masjid and there is this small opening before the first row to ground floor so that we can see the people down there and hear to Imam directly. If I read namaz near that opening and by mistake my head lands into this opening, will my salah be valid.
Answer: Ask me when your head lands in that opening. (which is very unlikely)

There is a leeway for Muslim to sell fireworks. [1],[2]
