Only few of them are ‘slim’ :)

So apparently that particular exercise is not helping them lose weight....

Can’t say much about its ‘spiritual value’ as i am ignorant about the subject.

It is a possibility that they eat more than they exercise. However, it seems to be very vibrating and full of electric activity.

This topic is not about Yoga itself and after searching, I found this thread. So I'll share this here

The Shirk in Yoga.

x.com/ibn_badys/status/2072308744273199117

Confessions of Farah Al-Qudsi, the famous yoga trainer who has trained more than 150 yoga instructors, and she is the owner of Namaste Zone School for yoga training:

1- After more than 15 years, I decided to retire from yoga.

2- It is not in my interest to present these confessions, but this is a duty.

3- I learned yoga in India and from many specialized teachers, and I learned multiple types of yoga such as:
Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama yoga breathing, Meditation.

4- Yoga is not a sport; yoga sessions are medically flawed and cause problems, and most of those who enter yoga classes leave with injuries.

5- Yoga is a religion... yes, it is an ancient pagan religion.

6- Most names of the Asanas – yoga poses – are dedications to Sages, and the meaning is to appease or offer sacrifices to the ancient sages.
And the ancient sages are one of the most famous ways of Satan in India during isolation to convince you to offer sacrifices to him.
Demons come, one of them, and say to him:
We are ancient sages who have come to give you some wisdom.
We are fallen angels.
We are universal consciousness.
We are light beings.
Many names for demons that they use so that humans draw near to them with various types of sacrifices.

7- In yoga, we have what is known as: Pose Dedicated to the Sage Marichi
And the meaning: Yoga to appease the demon Marichi.
And when I researched this information, I was stunned by what I reached, for Marichi is one of the demons worshiped in India without the Lord of the Worlds.
And the yoga pose here is to offer appeasement to this demon, resembling total submission.
And you can search under the title Sage Marichi, and I apologize for the form in which he appears in the minds of those who offer him this worship.
And look at the way of sitting before him in total humility and submission.
For yoga is worship of demons without the Lord of the Worlds.
Therefore, practicing yoga must be criminalized in the Islamic world because it is a complete satanic ritual.

8- I expected this to be an exaggeration, but the matter is real.

This is the first part of Farah Al-Qudsi's confessions:
It is natural for these confessions to ring the alarm bells in the Islamic world, for just a few days ago, some Arab capitals celebrated International Yoga Day. Is it reasonable for Muslims to celebrate a day of demon worship and offering sacrifices to them without the Lord of the Worlds?
This awareness must spread among people.

How to lose Weight?

There are dozens of methods for this but this is the easiest starting point.

  1. Get a cheap smartwatch and start walking 6000-8000 steps a day
  2. Lift weights (men and women) and workout at home, you don't need a gym just some dumbbells and a small space is enough
  3. Take your body weight in Lbs and multiply by 12 to get Calories your body needs to sustain itself.
  4. Reduce by 300
  5. Ensure that around 30% of your Calories are from Protein
  6. Weight yourself everyday and adjust Calories and Protein as needed
  7. Go upto 10,000 steps a day with the other stuff going on

I quote Hakeemul ummat:

Working towards maintaining good health is better than mustahib amal.

For example: Going to park for walking in the morning for good health is better than sitting in masjid and offering ishraq after sunrise.

10,000 steps a day is nothing to be honest. That too with fast pace or slow pace.

It's the late dinners that need working on. Sometimes there are no choices with regards to timing. But Alhumdulillah, eating little amount does suffice

Need more discipline and the results will show.

Just need to lose about an inch from the stomach and back to good old days.

EDIT: This is probably the first time I used the health app. I just had to agree with the T's & C's to open it :(
