Asalam o alaikum rehmatullahi wa barkatuhu!
As I sat in my room looking out the window at the cloudless sky and the bright moon shining down I couldnt help thinking about our Prophet (s.a.w) who indeed was like a full moon shattering darkness with his moonlight. But have you ever thought how painfully he spread this moonlight through darkness? Spreading Islam was not so easy my brothers and sisters. the story of Taif was not the only painful event that occured in his life, and not even the dumping of intestines on his neck by Abu jahl, no my brothers and sisters many more events took place which if you read will break your heart and force tears out of your eyes. Just give it a thought, our beloved Prophet (s.a.w) who showed us the right path, one who saved us from hell, one who help us recognize Allah the Almighty, one who taught us to be human,he who in his last minutes of life cried for his ummah, he who gave all his life for his ummah,he our most beloved Prophet!he who used to cry all night for his ummah, he who use to starve for his ummah while he fed his companions,he because of whom we are the best ummah! beared pain without any complain for who ? for us!
But do you think are we repaying him properly? do you think are we considering his sacrifices? do you think are we feeling his pain? Look around my brothers and sisters, do you think what this ummah is doing is correct?
Today young men find it difficult to keep their shalwar above their ankles, keeping a fistful beard is like a war for them, wearing clothes abiding with sunnut is so impossible.
young ladies finding veil a little to extreme, not following the eastern fashion backwardness, following sunnut is not the talk of this year after all.
My muslim brothes and sisters just stop a little while in your busy life and think about it. We do say we love and beleive our Prophet but does our actions show it? when we eat our food we love to sit on dining tables and eat with spoon and forks. have we ever stopped and thought how our Prophet (s.a.w) ate his food? How our Prophet (s.a.w) use to wear his clothes?
Today non-muslims are throwing absurd statements against our Prophet (s.a.w), have you ever thought why are they doing this? Its because they observed us my dear brothers and sisters! they saw how we have left all sunnut and are trying so desperately to adopt non-muslims actions. They knew then that muslims are so weak they can not even control themselves, they saw how our love for him has weakened that we now find eastern trends more attractive than our Holy Prophet's sunnut. Isn't it true I ask?
Holy Prophet (s.a.w) said :
"من احب سنتى فقد احبنى و من احبنى كان معى فى الجنة"
Translation : "One who loves my sunnut in reality he loves me and who loves me will be in heavens with me" SubhanAllah!
My brothers and sisters I ask do think for a minute what will you get following the trends other than our Holy Prophet? just fulfilling your wishes .. and indeed in Holy Quran Allah states that these people have made their wishes their lord. A momin is one who does not follow their wishes but follow his most beloved Prophet (s.a.w) trends and actions.
My dear brother and sisters! I do tell you with all beleive!If every muslim start to adopt sunnut of our Holy Prophet (s.a.w) InshAllah no one can speak against our Holy Prophet (s.a.w) or us! because when one sees such a strong love between two people who dares to speak against them then?
Life of our Holy Prophet (s.a.w) from the time of waking up from bed to his death is like an open book infront of us none of his actions is hidden from us. Every sunnut is so open, let us vow today to follow his (s.a.w) from today, be it how we eat or drink, how we dress, how we speak, sleep etc etc. Feel his (s.a.w) sacrifices and be his favourite ummah! He beared so much for us cant we give a little sacrifice of our wishes? Let us start adopting sunnut and when we will be called upon Hauz-e-Kausar let him be happy by knowing we followed his sunnut just because we love him so much! For my dear brothers and sisters! on the day of judgement we will indeed meet our most beloved Prophet (s.a.w), he for whom our eyes cannot wait to see his MUBARAK face. So let us be the one as he had desired!
