Q.)A lot of banks offering halal option mortgages have Mufti Taqi Saheb's name to endorse their products. However a few 'ulema from England (where I live) advised that some products were endorsed, with his name on the product, however he has decided to remove his name. Some state that he still agrees with the product but has taken his name down for other reasons. In short, which products from Al-Buraq, Islamic Bank of Britain, and Ahle United are still endorsed/approved by Mufti Taqi Uthmani? Look forward to your reply, as many in the UK are unsure.

A.) I have approved the products of Ahli United and HSBC Amana, but no other house financing product. I have left Islamic Bank of Britain before it came into operation.
