Arabic study overseas

As salamu alaikum,

I was wondering - has anyone ever gone overseas to study Arabic properly and intensively eg in Egypt? Any advise on the best places to go with best value for money?

Has anyone ever been to Mauritania - SUBHAN ALLAH I was amazed when I read about the purity of Ilm and Taleem there and especially their incredible Ulama MashAllah e.g the great Shieh Murabit al-Hajj Hafizahullah.

The Qasid institute in Jordan is said to be very good-

There's also the badr institute in Yemen, however their website is temporarily unavailable.

To be honest, I have never found the al-badr site ever uptodate and with suffiecnt info at all or organisation.

syria. my cousin sister went there. she had private tution.

my husbands cousin also went there.

masha'allah, their time there sure has paid off well. my cousin can speak fluently.

al-fajr in egypt is a good institute.
