If you are in doubt of something then until it is answered you should aviod it. I dont know about abroad but in this country there are many female tailors, espically if you live in London. Most of the sisters I know including me, we all make our own Jilbabs and if you dont know then either learn or find a female tailor. Most tailoring shops even if they have a male tailor usally have a female so you can ask for the female to do your measurements.
