jazakallah, but i do not need the recording as i have my notes.
asking questions is only to derive benefit. i am sure it benefited many who were present.
after all, its no point not clarifying your doubts and attending hajj.

i think its good to ask lots of questions.

hmm, did you not notice the girl asking questions and adding points to the ladies explanaitions?
it was a pleasure meeting you.

cant ask the millions that attend to make dua for us, but at least i can take this opportunity for the muftisays users to make loads and loads of dua's for all of us and the rest of the Ummah, insha-Allah. May your hajj be accepted, free of sin and the most spiritually enlightening experiences in your life.

Assalamu Alaykum

Regarding the sister's programme today I really thought the "teaching Salaah actions" was very educational- as everyone was involved.

Sister Rujie, were you there for the sisters programme @ 101 last month?

If you were well this was a repeat of all the topics with an additional poem and the above mentioned.(Salah actions were taught live.)

Wassalaam

Assalamu Alaykum

Alhamdulillah the sisters circle was very beneficial. As sister 'bint Mohammed' said above the 'salaah actions' was very educational due to it being done practically by all.

The main topics for discussion was 'the ideal role model' as well as reminders to be thankful to Allah for all the bounties He has blessed us with and correcting our intentions.

I think it went well although there could have been a better turn out. Looking forward to regular circles in the future.

Mashallah Shaykh Yunus was in Stamford Hill yesterday evening for an hour or so. Just getting a glimpse of him was ajeeb.

Last night he was visiting a local Mufti's house and was going through this Muftis personal research - this mufti has probs hundreds of rear hadith kitabs dating back hundreds of years that Shaykh Yunus DB hasn't come across and has asked for them from him. One list alone (he has many other lists) comes to approx 500 kitabs. His one CD case alone holds 10 times the amount of Bury's total kutub Khana (as said by Mufti Shabbir yesterday). He's approx done research of over 25,000 kitabs and counting......

From Net:-

From the contemporary deobandi scholars Shaykh Yunus (hafidh-hu-Allaah) Al-Jufuri takes the lead in the field of Hadeeth. The Shaykh, currently teaches at Mazahir 'Uloom, Saharanpur. He was critically ill a few months back and is recovering alhamd-li-Allaah (du'aas are requested). He didn't marry in his life for the sake of Hadeeth like Imaan an-Nawawee, Ibn Taymeyah etc. He was called by the Saudi government (about a year ago) to the opening of the ka'bah, where he was blessed to enter the ka'bah. Recently, I heard from an authentic source, that someone in the Middle East had a dream, where he asked the Prophet صلي الله عليه وسلم 'who is the ameer al mo'mineen fil Hadeeth in this era?'. The Prophet replied that someone called Yunus and you'll find him in Haram. Anyhow, this man eventually after asking people in Haram, found him. SubhaanAllaah ...

Shaykh Saleem-ul-Allaah khan (hafidh-hu-Allaah) is no doubt a great Muhaddith of this era too as his commentary on Bukhaaree كشف الباري shows. Interestingly, in his introduction of the commentary, he states that he listens to Shaykh Yunus's dars on cassette that some student of his had given him and states that he benefited greatly from them. In addition, throughout his dars, he makes reference to Shaykh Yunus. His students include, Mufti Rafee 'Uthmaanee and Mufti Taqee 'Uthmaanee.

He admired Shaykh Abu Yusaf Riyad Ul haqq alot on a visit to the UK and gave him Ijaza in hadith in famous Hadeeth books and also made him his Khalifaa, may Allah bless him and give him a long life.

May allah give all our ulama a long life and continue to take work from them for us and future generations to benefit from. Reminds me of the anecdotes you read in Fazail Amaal about ulamas services to Hadith in Stories of Sahabah.

Asalam o alaikum!
Though London is quite far far away from pakistan ..... but your love for religion duties and your effort to oblige with the obligations, refreshes a muslim! When I first joined muftisays I was quite happy to find youths so indulged.... I really do wish I could meet sister members of muftisays .... do remember me in your prayers whenever you pray or attend dars! as it is said I cant go every where you go but my prayers will always follow you! I am realy happy to join you people atleast virtually and May Allah give us a chance to meet each other here , or in hereafter in Jannah as sisters of Islam! Ameen!
