Just as the mufti mentioned that he was not worthy of presenting an opinion of his own, but could only explain the conclusions of his teachers and scholarly predecessors, there is no doubt that the readers of Mufti Says would remain equally mute in regard of their personal opinion, insha Allah.

been there, done that. it dont work for me.
unless your children are afraid of you and is gratefull of you in the least for showing them telly and due to their fear wont dare ask you to move on to something else!!
p.s, i have a huge telly. but i dont switch it on at all!! (once you switch it on for 1 thing, be it educational, shaytaan automatically comes in and tempts you to watch one other episode, leading you on to watch the continued episode next day. etc)
Alhamdolillah, though its in our faces (due to its size) everyday, we dont miss it.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
