Assalamualaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Also on the same kushti! I feel sorry for those sincere reverted brothers and sisters who are seeking good marriage partners but they live in Isolated areas and they do not know any local Muslim on a personal level whom they can comfortably approach and ask. Yes they can read extra Nafil salaah and raise their hands up to allah till day break, but they also need to make or have a zarya (a means to reach this goal)like the Urdu saying goes "dua ke saath dawa bhi chahiye" I personaly believe that a matrimonial site set up and based on Taqwa, that is managed with extreme caution and strict supervsison, (i.e contact with walis only, all pms disabled,no gender interaction at all, no pics) can help to assist our fellow Muslim brothers and sisters out there who live in these Isolated places. Inshaallah in a few weeks our organisation should have a matrimonial site up and runing, designed for the ahle sunnah wal Jamaah no dodgey profile will be allowed, and all profiles will be scrutinised before they are added to the database. Please make dua Allah make it easy for us to launch, and make us a MEANS for people to live according to the sunnah. I will keep you posted on further progress of the site till then remember me in ur duas.

Wassalam

yes, some brothers wait for their folks to sort it out.
some folks wait for their son to make some kind of hint.

y? when the time approaches when the son feels ready to make this big step, he should consult his parents in a clear open manner.

if not, then im sure you can notify ur respected apa, moulana whom you may have contact with. they can help u out.
a friend of mine who came here to study in a darul-uloom from another country, got married to a guy here in london. thats simply through asking the moulana of the darul-uloom for recommendation.

if not, surely u have friends who are married who's husbands can sort something out for you.

Assalamualaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Taqwa 50 and the other guest, I hope you are reading this post, and anyone else looking for a sincere practicing Bro/Sis online, for marriage. Alhamdulillah the site is almost complete and currently a few finishing touches are being made, as we want the site to be free from any form of mischeif, and we want to strictly comply by the rules of shariah as far as gender interaction is concerned.

I request everyone to make dua that Allah swt make this task easy for us, and for those who are working tirelesly for the site to go live for the benefit of the Ummah! ameen

Wassalam

The site admins have probably already got a name for the site, but I suggest that they have a name for their organisation also and that they call it- The Halal Monitoring Committee. It will just be that instead of making sure that slaughtering is done according to the shariah, they will be making sure that marriages are! What does everyone think?

Yes I can see it now................

The Halal Monitoring Committee. With us you can rest assured that there will be

-NO STUNNING photographs.

Help us help the single.

Lets clean up the (on-line) marriage industry
