i'd like to become a muslim, im quite sure of that and ive been thinking of takeing this accesion in Tunisia... what should i do or have (any documents ? or maybe i should take new religion in my own country?)

Subhanallah!!!
Just go to the local Masjid i.e. Mosque and ask for the Imam.
And tell the Imam you want to become muslim!
He'll take it from there.

Alhamdulilah(all praise be to Allah), it is good to hear that you've decided to take a very big decision in becoming a muslim!
Becoming a muslim does not require any legal documents, it just requires you taking the Shahadah(declaration that there is only One God-Allah) and meaning it with your heart.
Like sister Bint Mohammad said, it would be best if you were to go to a local Mosque and ask an Imam what to do.
