Respected Brothers and Sisters,
After 13 years, our musalla is closing due to a non-renewed lease. Our community has prayed, learned, and buried our loved ones through this single rented hall, but we have never had a place of our own.
By Allah's mercy, an opportunity has opened to secure a permanent home: Masjidul Ghuraba. We live in an era where the Ummah and its Masaajid are in a state of ghurbah—forlorn and friendless.
Our goal is to secure the property by the end of September 2026, InshaAllah.
Nabi ﷺ said: "Whoever builds a masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build a house for him in Jannah." (Bukhari & Muslim)
Even if you never step foot inside, every prayer offered and every child who learns Quran here will be written in your book of deeds. This is charity that outlasts the grave.
Nabi ﷺ described how the trembling earth was anchored by mountains. The angels asked if anything in creation was stronger: iron cuts mountains, fire melts iron, water extinguishes fire, and wind drives water. Yet stronger than all of these, Nabi ﷺ said, is: "the son of Adam who gives charity with his right hand, concealing it from his left." (Tirmidhi)
You can share in this reward through:
- Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity)
- Qard Hasan (an interest-free loan, returned in full)
If you are able, give generously for the sake of Allah.
Please PM for full details on how to contribute.
May Allah make us among those for whom He builds a house in Jannah. Ameen.
Your brothers at Masjidul Ghuraba
