Great Britian The Source of Recent Problems

From a very old thread on Qadiani's

I once heard Shaykh Faisal explain the difference between the British and the Americans. (I will give my explanation of what he said, as it was many years ago)

They use the method mentioned above, but, heres the difference:

If the Americans want to remove a fish from a pond, they would nuke the pond and take out all the fish and its surroundings, however, if the British wanted to remove a fish from a pond, they would remove the water from the pond, one teaspoon at a time. No one will have a clue as to how the water vanished.

I recently heard again how the Brits have caused almost every problem in recent History (past 200 years).

Professor Jeffrey Sachs wrote:

"The source of all the conflict in the world is Great Britain. That goes for the Gaza Strip, China, Pakistan, India, and the entire Middle East. It was Great Britain that created this whole mess. For 200 years, it was the most powerful empire in the world, leaving behind nothing but conflict when it left. The disaster that is happening in Gaza now is partly because between 1915 and 1917, Great Britain promised this territory to three different groups. First, in the McMahon Agreement, they promised it to the Arabs. They said: fight with us against the Turks and this land is yours! Then they arranged the Sykes-Picot Agreement, according to which they gave it to the French. And in the Balfour Declaration of 1917, they declared it the homeland of the Jews. They gave away land that didn't even belong to them three times. How audacious! That's where all the trouble started."

Even the zionist Grok will concur because it's not against Israel - Even though the hands behind Israel is being played by the same hands that run GB - The owners of all banks!

The quote from Prof. Sachs is accurate per the video. Historically, Britain did make conflicting WWI promises: McMahon-Hussein to Arabs (1915-16), Sykes-Picot with France (1916), and Balfour Declaration to Zionists (1917), sowing seeds for Middle East tensions. Broader claim of Britain causing "all" global conflicts is overstated but reflects real colonial legacies in India-Pakistan partition, China (Opium Wars), and arbitrary borders. The British mastered the art of divide and conquer, perhaps like no other empire before it.
Their planning was also based upon a hundred years into the future.
They sowed conflict and discord and hatred, amongst various communities, and even though the Empire itself no longer exists. The conflicts and tensions they gave root too remain and are as incendiary today as ever.

They also looked backed into history knowing that the United Muslim world, represented the greatest threat to their hedgmony. This is where they put most of their effort.

They made plans to ensure that the Muslims must never be allowed to have unity or a united empire.
Although other European powers adopted this policy of divide and conquer as a strategy. For example the division of the maghrib, and tension sowed between Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, was mainly a French enterprise.

The division of the land of Al Shaam, was a joint British, and French enterprise, in the Sykes/picot agreement.
The intercommunal conflicts amongst various communities in both Lebanon and Syria was mainly a French endeavour.

This is exactly like saying that the Shaytan is the cause of all conflict in the world right now. A statement which like the one about Britain is technically correct but completely glosses over the lack of responsibility by the Muslims themselves. Or whichever other country of the kuffar is in conflict.

The Muslims forgot their deen and started chasing dunya. That's why they have been infected with these conflicts. Think about if Britain existed in the times of the Sahaba رضي الله عنهم, would it have been able to divide them like this?

By placing all the blame of Britain or on Shaytan we are ignoring our own incompetence and the role we ourselves have played in our downfall
