Excerpt from Ml Ibrahim Dewla’s speeches and notes.

Two things are causes of elevation and honour:
(1) Faith
(2) Knowledge

“Allah will raise those in ranks who have believed (amanu) and are given knowledge (ilm).”
(58:11)

Allah will grant elevation to people based on their faith. Allah will also grant elevation based on knowledge.

That is why knowledge is important. Its importance is established because of faith.

So, one may receive proper guidance in correctly fulfilling the demands and responsibilities of faith.
