When I was speaking to someone and asking them to make dua. They joked and asked which type of dua.

I didn't get it.

Then he said, you pay the dua rate or value. 50 rupees, 100 rupees, 1000 rupees or one lakh rupees dua. The more money paid, the more intense, and long, the dua will be.

I think our Brothers in South Africa seem to think the rest of the world operates and runs exactly as South Africa and the challenges and trials faced are exactly as South Africa.

The Dua of Maulana Sajjad Nomani might be Batil in South Africa, but it is not in India and the situation that they are currently facing.

And ALLAH knows best.

When were hindus in minority in india that you pray for safety of hindu temples?

Hardly any instance of hindu extremist attack on church or synagogue or gurudwara.

On the other hand bulldozing and demolition of mosques has become an everyday occurrence.

Praying for protection of hindu temples from hindu extremists ???

More like trying hard to please the authorities and bootlicking the government.

The program was supposed to be on the seerat of nabi sallallahu alayhi wa salam but his speech reeked of only self aggrandizement and vainglory.

And the next day he was being prominent in an interfaith program.

He clearly said Mandir first. Which is a Hindu place of worship.

Many laymen heard this audio and found it odd.

Boot licking is in vogue in some parts of the world. May Allah Ta'ala protect us.

Worse are those ignorant hazrat worshippers for whom their hazrats are the be all and end all and can do no wrong.

They are blind to the shenanigans of their hazrats.

Examples are the dumb followers of Saad Kandhalwi, Zulfiqar naqshbandi, Sajjad Nomani and the likes.

It is prohibited and forbidden to pray for forgiveness for those kuffar who died in a state of disbelief, however, it is permissible in the Shari'ah to pray for forgiveness and guidance and for other worldly matters for living kuffar whose fate is unknown. It is like, after the famine came upon the Quraish of Makkah due to the bad supplication of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, upon their request, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed for their deliverance from famine. In the same way, upon offering water by a Jew, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed for him to be well.
And Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir RA praying for long life and for many children to a christian is mentioned in the books of hadiths.
