Wifaqul Ulama urges Muslims in Britain to attempt to sight the moon for Rabīʿ al-ʾAwwal 1446 on the evening of Tuesday 3rd September 2024. This will be the 29th Ṣafar 1446.
We follow the same Moonsighting process for all 12 months and all proceedings will be live on Twitter.
I see Muslims celebrating the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with music and lights on their homes and streets, especially in south-east Asian countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, etc.
