Is it true that satanic law/rituals say or have a prerequisite that the evil must be made apparent before exposing the people with it for it to be carried out?

As in "Hidden in plain sight"

In our daily lives we see so many things and it has become second nature, but when the time comes, we feel like we have already been exposed to his thing before and then people simply label it as "coincidence" or "conspiracy"

There are so many examples of this. Hence why I'm asking if it is a condition to expose people of if first.

Yes, I think it is something like that. There's a term used for it which I have forgotten. Like many of the world events getting predicted before they even happened in pop culture phenomena like The Simpsons.

Then we have the "one-eye" showing up all over the world.

I think it's a way to normalize it in people's minds, so that when it actually comes to pass people accept it docilely without thinking too much of it.

It can be argued the other way looking through a different angle. The culprit gets the idea from the fiction, he partially adopts the idea from the fiction and executes after adding his own strategy.

I'm looking for something more concrete.

Like an approval request by showing the intent openly or discreetly to everyone in order to receive help for the final result or outcome. Like, once an approval has been granted, the devil will help fulfil the command.

It's not deja vu or predictive programming per say. It's much more evil than that. Yet that's what it comes down to ultimately.

Dejavu also happens from dreams.
