I am from Sri Lanka and into Tablighi Jamaath and in favor of Darul Uloom Deoband. When I was reading some articles recently online, came across on the articles of "Imrana Rape Case UP India 2005". The most important thing I noticed in it was a Fatwa given by a Darul Uloom Deoband scholar called "Mufti Habibur Rahman" and I was so upset on things I read in the same articles and I was searching online to find out a proper reliable information with regard to the said written fatwa given, but I was unable to. Could anyone please help me find out why the said scholar has given such a fatwa and what is the basis in the religion for the same in detail.

Incest is strictly forbidden in Islam. The results of committing incest are very disastrous. When a man touches his daughter-in-law lustfully, the Nikah between his son and daughter-in-law terminates immediately.
