Bismillah
Assalamu alaikum
I would like to seek information from the knowledgeable members in this forum. I am interested in knowing the authenticity of Islamic Finance in the USA, such as UIF, which provides housing solutions for Muslims. Is it compliant with Shariah principles? If not, can anyone recommend an alternative that is Shariah-compliant? If you suggest that I directly consult a mufti, what specific information should I gather to present to them so that they can provide a comprehensive answer? Will providing the direct link to their page at www.myuif.com/home-financing/ be sufficient and reliable for obtaining information?
There are two other banks that say shariah complaint. devonislamic.com/murabaha-explained-in-5-easy-steps/
www.guidanceresidential.com/islamic-mortgage
If you can provide any information regarding these banks too, it would be helpful in shaa Allah.
JazaakumAllahu khaira for your time.

Bismillah.
JazaakumAllahu khaira for providing the links. Regarding the first link, no, we are not considering an interest-based loan under the pretext of need. As for the second link on shariah-based loans, I need further clarification. What specific terms should I look for to determine if it is shariah-compliant or not? In the following link, it states that it is allowed:
islamqa.org/hanafi/shariahboard/235112/i-am-looking-to-bu...
I am unsure when this fatwa was issued. I have heard that some of these banks have changed their terms, and some have become more reliable while others have not. I do not want to blindly trust any of them and end up involved in something haram.
When we contact the banks directly, they simply claim to be shariah-compliant and direct us to their links.
I am genuinely interested in knowing the specific terms we should look for so that we can conduct further research and consult a reliable scholar. I would greatly appreciate if any scholar or knowledgeable person could kindly assist me in this matter. JazaakumAllahu khaira.
