Any other country/City/Town doing Eid on the 21st of April is based on the Saudi Decision. As we all know, Saudi Ulama categorically say that Saudi Moon sighting cannot be used for Westerners!

Today he is director of center of astronomy, he is elevated as a scholar.
They claimed in the past, we located moon when it was present for 6 minutes, in 2023 it will be easy with 25 minutes to locate the hilal.

No they had 14 witnesses if I'm not mistaken but yes they need to be more stringent. It seems like their are checks or crosses in verifying accounts..

Maybe they saw fumes from a plane (Like they did in Preston and Bolton) or they saw a drone taking their photos :)
