RIYADH: The Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia has called upon the citizens and residents to search for the crescent of the month of Ramadan 1444 on the evening of Tuesday, the 29th of Sha’ban 1444 corresponding to the 21st of March 2023.
The Supreme Court further said to report any sightings to the local courts of their residence. The official Hilal Sighting Committee is seated in Sudair and headed by the lead astronomer of Al Majmah University Dr. Abdullah Khudairi.
The official results of the sightings will be made by the Supreme Court following Maghrib Prayers on Tuesday Evening.
