People never do justice after 2nd marriage. We have only read justice on paper, but we have not seen what justice is like. Today, if some one goes for a second wife, then he should make intention of mujahidah, because he shall be rewarded with the amount of hardships he faces, that is, the amount of pain that will be caused by having two wives (because he will be troubled, distressed and it is normal) for this, he will be rewarded by Allah (SWT).

We got the message....

No age of consent does not mean two people of same age.

It would mean for example a 14 year old girl in Germany can legally consent to have sex with a 60 year old. she would be consider old enough to decide for herself.

Actually:

Sexual acts by adults over 21 years with 14 or 15 year old teenagers can be punished if a parent or guardian files a complaint and the court decides the adult has exploited the not-yet devloped ability of self-determination of the teenager.

The age of consent in Germany is 14, as long as a person over the age of 21 does not exploit a 14- to 15-year-old person's lack of capacity for sexual self-determination, in which case a conviction of an individual over the age of 21 requires a complaint from the younger individual; being over 21 and engaging in sexual relations with a minor of that age does not constitute an offense by itself. Otherwise the age of consent is 16, although provisions protecting minors against abuse apply until the age of 18 (under Section 182(1): it is illegal to engage in sexual activity with a person under 18 "by taking advantage of an exploitative situation"[38]).

Doubts are often understood by lay man. But it is difficult for them to understand the answer/reply to the doubt, because the source of doubt is ignorance. Ignorance is easily and quickly understood by every lay person and the answer/reply is scholarly, it is impossible for every lay person to understand the scholarly reply.

Hakeemul Ummat:

.......

My experience is that people who have a goal in mind and want to work on it rarely have doubts and get resolved at the slightest hint. Only people who don't have to work get multiple questions and doubts.
If some one gets about direction to reach Delhi
he inquires from someone then starts moving on that road, no ifs and buts.
A hungry man is offered a bread, he never inquires about the source, preparation etc of this bread, he got bread he eats it. His goal is to remove the hunger..

Sahaba were always alert to hear about deen and immediately practice on that hukm. They never got doubts or deeni matters, if at all they had one, it was resolved by mere indication or a short talk,

Truth affects a person quickly There is a hadeeth (summarised) Words of truth satisfies a true soul, falsehood creates doubts.

Doubts were short lived because, on one side..... truth was being told and other side strong passion and obedience existed

Verses from quran can be compared with, a father advises his son to do certain work, he never explains the complete details about the work to be done. Only short details are told by the father.
