Golden principle of Indian TJ -- Usool tootey, magar saathee na tootey. (Workers are paramount, rules can be adjusted.)

These are basically two philosophies of running a collective work. One is the Thanvi methodology of rules and the resultant efficiency, while the other is the Madni methodology of benevolence and the resultant inefficiency.

One priorities the work above all else. The other priorities the worker above all else.

Each has its place in the world.

Many youth find resonance in the former philosophy, while many age wizened find more utility in the latter.

As always, Islam preaches moderation and balance. Hikmah is to know when to apply the former and when to apply the latter.

Not sure how much this is adhered to, even by the elders of Raiwind. Haji Abdul Wahab is known to have said once that one of the biggest reasons that people will get cut off from the work of TJ is because they find faults in the TJ saathees. Most of the time that people find faults in others during the work of TJ will most likely be about the usools themselves. Practically I've noticed that Haji sahab's quote is quite accurate.

I won't monitor usools in others, I won't implement usools on others.
We have usools not laws. Deviation from usools won't invite any penalty. But, breaking law invites penalty.

It is true that a sathees breaking fundamental usools like, demanding charity, propaganda volunteer for other tahreeks etc... These are going to badly hurt the effort, then we shall stop that.

We witness a few people bring their phones and show videos of ummah's persecutions in different countries.... This shall be stopped and the sathee shall be sent back.

You already declared us deviants, pls pray for our hidayat bro and concentrate on the real tarteeb of first 3 hazratji.
The reality is the effort with struggle to connect people with Allah, not spreading hatred, brainwashing people, aligning with political party, not influencing hatred against any group.

Majority of the elders in the west and around the world are on the shura side, in the UK, France, etc etc. In the UK, Imam of Dewsbury Markaz Moulana Yusuf Darwan sb, older sons of Hafiz Patel sb RA, Moulana Saeed Patel sb, and Hafiz Sharif sb, Ameer sb of Scotland, and most other elders and most of the Maraakiz of the UK are on the shura side.

In France Shaykh Yunus Min Tunis (one of the responsible elders of France) is also on the shura side.
