This thread has actually made me understand why I've seen people get angry when I've used InshaAllah with them.

Yes TJ group including me ( earlier to 2015 ) dont like people saying anything negative to TJ efforts , even if someone say " NO " with valid reasons , when we ask them to Join us in gatherings.

But now , ALHAMDULILLAH , i would like to say or expect " NO " if his or her real intension is " NO " rather than getting another response which is just a " pleasing response " than reality.

It is a mistake by visiting TJ sathees that they meet an Aalim in Umoomi gashth. Aalim has better responsibilities than us, dars, tadrees, preparation for a talk, reading books etc.

This is why our elders advise us to select an experienced elder saathee as rahbar (guide) for umoomi gashth. Why should we call an Aalim to masjid, he is always there in masjid, an Aalim can give better talk than us, then why should we invite him for our talk.

Maulana Yusuf Sahib RA said "do you expect someone who gives Dars of Bukhari to teach Attahiyaath to a lay person?"

Golden usool, masha Allah. Thank you for this reminder, brother.

Ulama and mashaikh come under the category of khawaas (most important people). The other two khawaas are community leaders and old workers of TJ. These three categories of people should be approached with extreme humility.

We should request these three categories of people only for their patronage, and not direct involvement in our activities.

TJ saathees are encouraged to attend the duroos of ulama and majalis of mashaikh. This is an important part of inculcating the third quality of ilm and zikr.

Indeed, it is true that most Muslims use Inshallah when they know the work won't be done, and they don't even try to do it. A few days back in my office, we had a target to achieve x amount of sales.
I knew the target was tough, so I discussed it with my team. Most of them said they would do their best and we would achieve this target "Inshallah."
However, none of them worked hard, and we didn't achieve it. Upon inquiring, they say we said Inshallah, but Allah didn't will it, so what can we do?

1736. JABRIYYAH AND QADRIYYA SECTS

Nothing Ikhtiyaari (i.e. volitional) on earth comes into existence without two wills: The Divine Will and the will of the person. Those whose focus was only on the will of man, became the Qadriyyah, and those whose
focus was only on the Divine Will became the Jabriyyah. Those whose focus is on both Wills, are the Ahlus Sunnah.
