Brother is there a country without a president, a kingdom without a king, an embassy without an embassador? It has been sunnah of the beloved prophet to appoint an ameer from day one. Abu Bakr ra or any other Islamic leader have never died without appointing an ameer/successor/leader. Small jamats have an ameer. In Dunya world every board has a chairman, even something as pity as football has a captain. The two first hazrat jees haven't died without appointing an ameer. The purpose of the Shura made by Inamul Hassan ra was to appoint an ameer. And you ask why does such a big group of hundreds of millions not having a leader?
