To me, from what I've seen it looks like she had a safe and effective vaccine that millions of others took and hundreds of thousands who also died of heart attacks in the exact same manner looking normal and healthy and suddenly dropping dead from other causes completely unrelated to the mRNA immune suppressing gene modifying 100% safe and effective vaccine.
