The fact is clear, the 3 Shura is for Nizamuddin/India, not for the world!
Though to understand the Saadiya's group point of view, one must entertain a lot of implicity. I will put them here:
- The 3 Shura/Amirs of India (who control Nizamuddin) is implicitly the Amir of the world despite what was decided in the 1995 Mashwara which Bhai Wahab and Maulana Yaqoob themselves attended.
- It is implied that Maulana Inaamul Hasan 100% wanted the next Amir to be selected. Many eye witness have seen that this was NEVER the case. He may have eluded the election of a next Amir, but it was never 100% clearly said. Some eye witness also heard that he himself thought or wanted a Shuura system to protect the work since "Dunya is creeping into the effort". He basically left the decision to the 10 Shuura Council. This is the only established and undisputed fact.
