What's wrong with sharing that information? I don't think anyone is asking anyone to drop all their jobs and assets and dedicate their lives to it.

But the west worshipping and trusting liars on a daily basis is worse than considering it as just "maybe their worried about their Deen"

Look at the current Palestine thread, how did they get to this position and where are all the members? Why aren't they sharing their posts or discussing solutions?
With due respect, brother AM, members are within their rights if they choose not to contribute to certain threads. They may be engaged in work in other areas, doing what is within their capacity.
AM wrote:
Why do we think like this? Because they are powerful, they win all the wars, they went to the moon, they have suffered at our hands, they have a law system in place, they have a democratically elected government!
We should give members more credit. From my interactions with forum members over the years, I've come to the conclusion that most possess above average intelligence, and are able to think for themselves. We each have failings in some matters, but that does not mean we have nothing positive to contribute.

MS is an invaluable asset to an international Deobandi community. Because forum admins and mods wield power over members, they are in the difficult position of deciding what to allow and what to censor. Some members might understandably feel hesitant to share their opinions and views freely. Longtime members have been sufficiently vetted in matters of professed fundamentals (aqaid). It is a testament to the intelligence of members that there are differences of opinion among us on a wide range of topics.

Quote:
A fitna amongst fitnas

A section of Muslims are shocked at the double standards that western governments are showing in retaliation to Russia invading Ukraine. The political powers are supporting with weapons and potential covert operations. But this is not limited to political states, as in all spheres of human activity we are observing an immediate and unified reaction. The sports arena is not free from this coordinated response - Manchester United cancelling £40m/year deal with Aeroflot, UCL final moving from St Petersburg to Paris and the Russian Grand Prix cancelled, to name a few.
The West are working as one community and applying pressure in a unified way and supporting one another - as one part pains then the whole community pains. A concept taught by our beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم it pains to add.
The Muslim community is asking for justice and equality from the West and screaming double standards and hypocrisy.
But I am more shocked at this section of the Muslim community.
Why are the West and its media making such a fuss and scene when Russia attacks Ukraine but not when Israel attacks Palestinians or Saudi Arabia attacks Yemen - simple Ukraine is the ally of the West, Israel is an ally of the West, Saudi Arabia is an ally of the West. You protect you own - aren’t we the ones who are hypocritical when we defend Muslims against the other at all costs?
In this world you choose a side and you live by it and in most cases you die by it.
Why are we expecting justice, honesty and integrity from the West when in the same breath we are accusing them of injustice and dishonesty in Iraq, Afghanistan etc?
Since when did the West become the Judges and Police of the world?
Justice, equality and honesty aren’t served in the dunyā, they are served in Allāh’s Court. We didn’t see the Afghan people when the occupation by the West took place screaming for justice and equality and walking the streets demanding change - they rectified their ways and called on Allāh. We didn’t see the Muslims of Makka screaming for justice and equality before Hijra - they perfected their ways and called on Allāh. We didn’t see the Muslims of Madina screaming for justice and equality after they suffered loss in Uhud - they perfected their ways and called on Allāh.
If we do not adopt they way of the Salaf al-Salihin then we should not expect our results to be like theirs.
We then agree to this view and blame our leaders - but our leaders are from us and placed there by Allāh - why? The answer is the same - we rectify our ways and call on Allāh.

I want to add one last point in order to give balance to what I have stated - please do not misunderstand that this means we take no action - that is the third step after the two mentioned above as once you have called on Allāh he will guide and direct you.

Your Rabb says, ‘Call on me, I will respond to you - indeed as for those who are proud from the worship of Me, soon I will enter them in to Jahannam, humbled.’ Qurʾān - 40:60

May Allāh remove the veils from the heart so we ‘see’ the Truth - آمين

Today it is easier to hold onto a piece of hot coal than to accept any of these lies people believe in, let alone holding onto their deen!

A timely reminder
“A time of patience will come to people in which adhering to one’s religion is like grasping a hot coal.”

You already know the game and this has been ongoing for decades

Precisely my point it has been going on for decades. Even the most ignorant amongst us know the west are liars hardly a startling revelation.

I am reminded of an audio cassette lecture of a young firebrand version of Hamza Yusuf from nearly 30 years or so ago which has stuck in my mind and I paraphrase and I am writing from memory so might not be exact.

Muslims complain about the decree of ALLAH why did ALLAH do this why did ALLAH do that Why does ALLAH allow people like Hosni Mubarak in power.

لَا يُسۡــَٔـلُ عَمَّا يَفۡعَلُ وَهُمۡ يُسۡـَٔــلُوۡنَ‏ ٢٣

He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.

— Saheeh International

ALLAH will not be questioned it is we that who will be questioned.

The problem is in our condition, our condition is such that whatever action we take ends up fruitless.

You get rid of Anwar Sadat you end up with Hosni Mubarak. You go from a Monkey to a Pig you get rid of Mubarak you will probably end up with a Rat....

The problem is our Condition and ALLAH does not change a condition of a people until they change themselves.

Agree!

So when we all learn to accept that we are being lied to, when the few become the masses, there will be change.

We just move from pillar to post and expect change. We need to make the foundation solid so that we can make sure the pillar and post cannot be moved!

Alhumdulillah

But we must also remember that submission is inclusive of all actions.

One of them is not to lie because the Prophet (saw) said A Muslim cannot lie!

To spread false information is also lying. For those not sure, they should remain silent or raise legitimate sensible questions.

Then what happens when there are two sets of individuals. Each group presenting their experts and evidences to back up their assertions. Each convinced they are correct.? And it is the opposing group who are spreading misinformation.

Good point.

In such cases, see which side is causing damage. Danger to life. (Since we are not taking about fiqh issues)

You will notice in the early stages of any situation, no one is certain and everyone is sharing their opinions and bettering their understanding.

After some time has passed, things start to make sense.

We live in a time of information at our finger tips and news from every corner of the earth is known worrying minutes. We don't live in the time of bird messengers.

So we need to take our own precautions and leave our fate in Allah's hands thereafter.

In few cases, common sense will prevail and Alhumdulillah, the utter stupidity of our current predicament is so laughable that even a child can see what's going on. And day by day things just get more ridiculous and one wonders why grown adults can't see what's happening.

Excellent point. For this, brother Superglue gave us a touchstone. In the beginning of the pandemic, he said only accept the testimony of a person who has physically witnessed someone die from lack of oxygen in front of their very eyes. (All deaths at the time were being attributed to the virus.) Can we apply the same criterion now? That we only accept the testimony of someone who has first hand physically witnessed someone die from taking the vaccine in front of their very eyes? (Are all deaths at this time now being attributed to the vaccine?)

Can anyone answer super-glues question?

Answer: For the virus: No. for the vaccine: Yes (recorded on camera in multiple countries)

In the UK, we were told over 150,000 people died of the virus and now FOIA revealed that the actual figures of people who died of the flu (virus) was approximately 6000 (actual figure and reference in other thread)

From what super glue was saying, no one was dropping dead from the flu/ virus. People were dying because they were not being treated (I have seen that)

Whereas the deaths and or injuries caused by the vaccine does actually show people dropping dead, made disabled, having limbs amputated, skin disorders, heart attacks, babies and toddlers having heart attacks and the list goes on.

We are now at a situation where both facts are coming to light and due to the FOIA, and the delays of this information coming out is even more obvious as to what has happened and what is happening and what will happen.

These are official stats revealed for Europe alone:
EUDRAVIGILANCE NEARLY 40,000 DEATHS

CHILDREN INJURIES & DEATHS 26,878
842 More children injured in 1 week

0-2 years 1,630
3-11 years 2,568
12-17 years 22,680

Unspecified Age 90,877 injuries and deaths

t.me/childcovidvaccineinjuriesuk

We have fake propaganda videos about the virus and we have live footage of people suffering after the vaccine.

Your next post will be, "How do you know it was caused by the vaccine". Well Allah knows best how much of a coincidence that is. It doesn't require rocket science to link the two but it takes less to link a car accident to the virus

The problem is not the dispute. Most people are not capable of understanding the academic strengths and information in evidence put forward. Most follow feelings instead of evidence. When evidence is provided, the majority tend to rebute it with feelings, false experiences and what a "relative" went through. So the problem is not the dispute itself, it's the problem of Jaahils trying to argue their points with either their own understanding of any given science or their school indoctrinated version that even when proven to be false, they'll stick by it like Gospel.
