Prohibit employers from requiring staff to be vaccinated against Covid-19

Make it illegal for any employer to mandate vaccination for its employees. This should apply to all public sector (including the NHS, armed forces, care workers), third sector and all private sector.

We believe making vaccination a condition of employment undermines the principle of informed consent. All British people should have the right to bodily autonomy and must never be coerced into receiving a medical intervention they may not want.

Any medical intervention must always be with properly informed consent (awareness of risks vs benefits) and be free of coercion (whether explicit or implicit).

A leading nurse, Head of department with years of experience has had to hand in a resignation letter over the mandates.

The nurse has been applying for jobs in multiple areas from supermarkets to retail and all of them are asking for vaccine certificates!

The nurse has access to patients, their records and multiple other areas of knowledge, so is adamant not to get the vaccine.

Seeing multiple patients before and after the vaccine, knowing of their side effects has deterred the nurse even more not to get the vaccine.

The same goes for countless doctors within the NHS.

Hundreds of thousands of nurses and doctors are being vaccinated because they need their job! They have bills to pay and family to feed.

This particular nurse has been put into such a predicament that they have filled for divorce over the vaccine. The partner, who doesn't work is forcing the spouse to get vaccinated but the nurse will not have it. The nurse is an eyewitness to what's going on and would rather be divorced, SubhanAllah!

This is such a shame. The nurse is blaming the government and all those individuals who blindly stepped forward to get vaccinated without seeing what the vaccine can do to person over a longer period of time.

It is apparent now and coming out of their mouths that the vaccine is not effective, yet they are being forced to have it.

One nurse was so desperate to have their photo on billboards and buses to gain fame, the nurse ended up getting vaccinated in the early stages and convinced so many other staff to get vaccinated.

This same nurse is now pleading with colleagues not to get vaccinated based on the current health situation and being housebound with covid-19 for weeks! Not to mention the other side effects.

Thousands are being forced into getting vaccinated or lose their jobs!

Covid-19: Requirements for Employees to be Vaccinated Volume 707: debated on Monday 24 January 2022

228,100 signatures and the petition, although debated on the 24th of January, still has an expiry date of 1 May 2022.
Quote:
The petition states:
“Make it illegal for any employer to mandate vaccination for its employees.”

Quote:
At the time of this debate, more than 218,000 people have signed the petition; of those, more than 44,000 have done so in the last four days, which shows what a live issue this is and how strongly people feel about it.

Quote:
Forcing the vaccine on people is coercive and will do nothing to build the trust that is needed. It is an issue of employment rights and—more than that—of human rights. It is about freedom of choice—a basic fundamental principle.

Quote:
One constituent expressed her concern that the Government website states:

“The clinical decision on your medical exemption is final. You can’t appeal the decision.”

Quote:
There have been 431,482 reports of vaccine side effects on the yellow card system, up to 5 January, so of course health professionals are analysing that data—that is what health professionals do. There is no longitudinal study about the impact on long-term fertility—why not? That is the reason why many women are not getting vaccinated.

Quote:
What is really interesting is that the Health Secretary believes that these people are such a danger to the public that, in December, he did not want them to immediately be moved from the workplace. No, he wanted them to get us through the Christmas crisis in the NHS and then he would thank them by sacking them on 1 April. It is morally reprehensible.

Quote:
Companies such as Morrisons, IKEA and Next have already moved to implement such policies, and it is only a matter of time before more follow. Perhaps instead of introducing mandatory vaccinations, the Government should consider enacting legislation to prevent employers from altering their sick pay policies in relation to unvaccinated workers. A pandemic should not be an opportunity to lessen employment rates. As a morally just legislature and legislators, we should simply not allow that to happen.

Full debate on video www.youtube.com/watch?v=-I9m7szfhYM an hour and a half

There was one there to oppose the debate as such. Everyone there (very few) were all against the mandate and made some very good points.

The unvaccinated ICU doctor who challenged Sajid Javid (and was all over the news and social media) over compulsory vaccines for NHS staff has launched a judicial review against the Government to end the mandate.

Alhumdulillah, some good news for many.

Bad news for those who fell for their bait and got vaccinated.

Many believed that petitions don't work, maybe they are right. But this was the first petition that I actually watched the video, emailed MPs, debated doctors successfully and made them concede to facts. الحمدلله

This is not going to last in the UK for workers in the health sectors.

The agenda is to sell the National Health Service to American buyers and one of their policies will be fully vaccinated staff.

Soon, your "General Practices" will be sold to American Businesses too.
