The Ministry of Islamic Affairs allocates the next Friday sermon in mosques and mosques to warn against the Tablighi and Daâ€™wah group, which is called â€œAl-Ahbabâ€ with an explanation of its misguidance and deviation and that it is prohibited in the Kingdom.

In a week when Lewis Hamilton brazenly wore an LGBTQ+ coloured helmet in the Jeddah Grand Prix, to protest law on homo.... in kingdom , it was a great opportunity for the Imams in kingdom to voice their clear stance and condemnation of LGBTQ practises and lifestyles. Instead, the Govt announced, five days before Jummah (which in itself is unprecented), that the Jummah sermon this week throughout the Kingdom will be focused solely in condemning one of the few Muslim groups left that continuously perform 'al amr bil maroof and an nahy anil munkar'.

If it wasn't clear already, *the Govt maybe custodians of the two holy sites in Islam, but they are definitely not custodians of Islam*.

Some may say it is a missed opportunity, others may conclude, Lewis Hamilton has helped unmask Saudi's true colours.

May Allah Almighty protect the Haramain, preserve Islam and its principles within Arabia and beyond, and protect all the groups striving on Haqq.

I don't know if it's more a "rabid hatred of Islam" or just Western influenced "Islamic" heterodoxy. I suppose there are many instances where the two are interchangeable, especially from the point of view of a Mu'min.

Then their are the internal policies by both countries that are anti-Islamic the persecutuion of muslim Scholars, then targetting of Islamic organisations. The promotion of filth in their countries in order to remove deen from the hearts of their own populations.

Taking all the facts into account there can be no doubt that both MBS and his mentor MBZ have a rabid hatred of Islam.

I was under the impression that the Tablighi Jamaat is already officially banned in Saudia. That hasn't stopped them from operating but that was the official stance from what I understood. They don't quite follow the official mode of operation anyways there. Not staying at mosques and almost none of the activities are done at the mosque. It is usually at the home of a sympathizer or in the case of Hajj inside the hotel rooms.

I guess this might be the first time that the mosques are being forced to officially warn against the group.
