You do realize that even now many Pakistanis go to India themselves to get major surgeries every year? If Pakistan could provide such specialized services, why would its own citizen want to go to an unfriendly country?

Most of the specialist Doctors in Pakistan have gone abroad, 17000 in America alone.

There are some high quality private hospitals, even most local Pakistanis themselves cannot afford treatment in them.

Besides it's up to the Bangla government to ask for help from other Muslim countries. I doubt they would accept help from Pakistan given the history.

As for spending money to fund resistance, in Palestine and Lebanon the only ones who did that was Iran. The rest have done nothing.
