He is a Turkish Scholar. He went to Umm Al Qura University. He then studied under Shaykh Abu Gouda (One of Mufti Taqi Usmani’s teachers), Shaykh Abul Hasan Al Nadvi, and Shaykh Mehmet Hocafendi.
