Either way, the point of the OP still stands. His concern is that magic would affect people of these countries a certain way for them to act in a way that is not right for these countries. Doesn't matter if magic cannot change the form of a person or bring about physical manifestation. As long as the victims are manipulated they are still under the influence of it.

Now does the Indian head-of-state actually indulge in this, I don't know, people in India could tell better.

I tend to agree with you as I also listen to Mufti Tariq Masood but Mufti Shafi Usmani RA has written that in Ma'ariful Qur'an, do you know any other scholar who has disagreed with him?

Based on speculation and possibility,it is his opinion. Also notice that he bring the opinion as an after thought...

Mufti Rasheed Ahmed Ludhyanwi (RA) disagrees with him and many Ulama disagree with him.

Previously I mentioned something about starting posts with a number and how to make it appear.

Seems like you didn't listen (read) but I've undone the magic and made your post appear ;)

There was technical error on previous post; I have re-posted it here.
1. Magic tricks, they are illusions. we call it "nazar bandh".

2. A person can be manipulated, he can't satisfy his wife, he was active now he is forgetful and assumes he has done certain work. He becomes weak etc. etc.

3. Not all weakness, diseases, psychological issues are sihr.. People who treat sihr misuse and make money. For them even head ache or child's mischief etc are act of sihr.

There are pious scholars who shout at us when we ask for help "Who told I treat sihr". If we convince them they correctly diagnose and treat, but they strongly instruct "not a single rupee must reach us through directly or directly as fee for this treatment.

So look into this angle and convey this message to concerned elders about local and universal political manipulation through sihr by Indians.

Many scholars properly dispose their nails, hairs and their unused clothes.

A regarding punishment for Sorcerer : Why such a harsh hadd for him.

The question about why doesn't every head-of-state use this or why doesn't every country use it, we can't really be sure now, can we? Do we know that so and so doesn't use such methods? If someone were using it, they wouldn't publicize it, would they? Even if they did how many people would believe them?

For instance, take someone like Satanyahu. One look at him and his deeds and it seems like he would have a filthy enough to mind to indulge in this filth. Then again, if you are direct minion of Dajjal and Shaytan, do you really need extra-curricular activities like magic to get your way in this world?

This is a hadith from Bukhari and Muslim.

Here it is instructed to stop from doing sihr. It is a major sin. That means sihr exists.

Makes them behave differently or make things appear differently than normal. It affects them but the change is not permanent nor permitted, hence the sin and punishment for practitioners.

West and safe and secure.

We regularly hear bitter experiences of sihr effects. We are not concerned about personal experiences. OP is about universal political effect. So my request is; whether the news is true or false; convey it to senior scholars about this. Members here have access to senior ulema.

So you are saying that Magic does not affect people in the West so they are safe and secure?

No!

In the west, people have better things to do. They are busy in their lives. No time to envy or feeling jealous about others. And there is a healthy competition there.

And to be a saahir, he has to do many filthy things, that filth is not available easily in the west. And if available, it is not worthy because he doesn't have a market. Sub-continent has a big market.

I am not discussing about the common man. I am discussing regarding, there are indications that first time, people in power are using sihr for political gains.

And if you don't believe in sihr because you didn't experience such things, may Allah SWT continue to keep you safe from sihr.
