I made the mistake of trying to delve into the reasons behind what happened and all I got was a lot of conflicting information (from well meaning uncles who were genuinely distressed by the events). Our elders said do what you can at the local masjid level and leave these disputes. So, my contribution is maybe a few seh roza a year at most.

You are discussing about the "split within Tableeghi Jamaat" which is regrettable and you are quoting the advice of "one Indian Alim" over that of Darul-uloom Deoband and major Ulama that Maulana Saad (HA) is not worthy to be the Ameer of Tableehghi Jamaat.

You are choosing to accept the advise of ONE ALIM over Darul-uloom Deoband but let's not argue about it.

The situation right now is CRIMINAL (from Islamic and Indian legal) perspective.

Tableeghi Jamaat did something which was illegal (I deliberately skipped it in my presentation). As a result, Tableeghi Jamaat and Indian Muslims have been placed in the cross hairs of Fascists.

What the Hindutva brigade is doing is wrong but Maulana Saad (HA) as the Ameer was derelict from his duties.

Thus, his actions (as the Ameer) according to Islam and Indian Law (as responsible person) need scrutiny.

You are discussing the split.
We are discussing the disastrous consequences of 2020.

Who is responsible for breaking the law AFTER it became clear that gathering of over 50 was not permitted in Delhi? I recommend that you address the specific issue, why is the Ameer not responsible for what is decided in the Mushwara?

If Markaz had been informed that their ijtema was illegal and they deliberately carried on despite this, then they have erred and they should face the consequences.

So in your opinion the Ameer (of Tableeghi Jamaat) who was physically present in Delhi is not responsible for the actions but "Markaz"?

Is your opinion based on Islam or Indian law?

Can you quote me an incident in the history of Tableeghi Jamaat where the Ameer has not been held responsible for Mushwara? Secondly, quote me an incident in the history Tableeghi Jamaat where Ijtemas or Mushwaras happen at Markaz Nizamuddin without the express knowledge, will and permission of Ameer of Tableeghi Jamaat?

Quote me one example from the past 80 years, please?

If Maulana Saad HA is solely responsible for breaking the law then he should face the consequences of his actions.

You have not addressed the issue twice.

Give me a single example of Ijtema/Mushwara at Nizamud-deen Markaz which has taken place in 80+ years without the express consent, permission and decision of Ameer of Tableeghi Jamaat?

One example.

Maulana Saad (HA) was physically present in Delhi (as per the FIR and his admission), deny it with evidence to the contrary please?

I understand your need to follow ONE ALIM over Darul-uloom Deoband but you cannot deny facts.

Sir, I am still lost. I don't understand what you are asking me to do.

Are you asking me to say that Maulana Saad Sb DB definitely broke the law?

Lets do this in steps...

Give me one example of an Ijtema/Mushwara at Nizamudden Markaz which was done without the express permission, knowledge and decision of Ameer of Tableeghi Jamaat in the past 80+ years?

I would assume all ijtema at Markaz are decided by the ameer/shura at Markaz.

Then how come this time the Ameer is not responsible when he was physically present in Delhi (as per his own signed statement)?

Which Islamic guidelines tells you that the "Ameer" is not responsible for actions of his Jamaat? Do you want me to quote you exact Hadeeth to say that "Ameer" is responsible for those under him?
