Most questions pertain to the stage in which congregational Ṣalāh will be permitted in the Masjids, which is expected to be after a few weeks. The answers should be read and applied in this context. Masjids should start to make the necessary preparations including risk assessments, whilst continuing to adhere to the lockdown measures.
