What these statements actually mean is that we have become too comfortable with our lives, we have built up our dunya and don't want to give it up, we are afraid to die and return to Allah because our iman is too weak.

Ask a muslim in a Chinese concentration camp who has lost everything - his family, his wealth, his way of life - what the haal ka amr is. I don't know when it will happen, but the calamity that has befallen the Muslims of China will fall on the Muslims of the rest of the world. This WILL happen. And no matter how many times we scream in the face of the mushrikeen and the kuffar that we are your country men, they will not care. All they will see is your iman and that will be enough to make you a legitimate target. Before this day comes we must prepare ourselves and our families AND we must try to get to the safety of a muslim nation where we will not be persecuted and slaughtered due to our iman. If you think this day will not come then go argue with your Rabb and with Rasoolullah (saw)

Yes, there are certain countries where this particular sunnah of Prophet (saw)

and the salaf with respect to mushrikeen and kuffar needs to be followed. And yes, these people still need to be reminded of the time when they will need more than just kindness to ward off their disbelieving neighbors i.e. the act of fighting them for Allah.

But this is not what this is about. The points that the forum members have been making are not about those countries. There are certain other countries(we all know which those are) with Muslims where it's not a matter of "kuffar WILL turn on you". They already HAVE turned on the Muslims and now the Muslims have to react in accordance with that, not according to the circumstances that exist in other countries where the kuffar are still passive.

Jaahil @saad, why this is going above your head. They are asking you to do a simple thing and you are such a head weight, you are not accepting it. Why are you not creating a simple Talab. Done....... No wasting time of others.... They will accept you because you DESIRED.. Others are doing INTENSE DESIRE you do MOST INTENSE DESIRE... done.....
